Adult Classes

Classes begin August 26th

Ages 14+

These classes are for individuals age 14 and up with little or no previous ballet experience. Classes move at a moderate pace so that all participants can learn the beginning technique concepts in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. Dancing improves posture and flexibility, and is a fun and different way to exercise. Participants may choose how many classes they attend per week.

Open Level Adult/Teen Ballet 

Ages 13+

Advanced Level Classes are for students with multiple years dance experience and must be able to perform at the level of the class. A placement audition is required to attend classes in this level.

Friday 3:30-5:00pm

Open Advanced Teen/Adult Ballet

Ages 18m-2 years

For Moms/Dads and Children Ages 18 months – 2 years! This 45-minute class focuses on coordination, dance movement, and other basic dance techniques and concepts that are great for early child development. This class is perfect for mothers as well because they get in 45 minutes of exercise while bonding with their child.

Mommy and Me

Ages 14+

This is a beginner/intermediate level class for students with little to no hip hop experience. This expressive dance is full of movement and personality. Learn hip hop steps, combinations, and performance pieces that will get you popping like a pro! Adult Hip Hop is a non-performing class.

Adult Hip Hop

Ages 14+

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training. Zumba is a non-performing class.
