Adult Classes

Classes begin August 26th

Ages 14+

These classes are for individuals age 14 and up with little or no previous ballet experience. Classes move at a moderate pace so that all participants can learn the beginning technique concepts in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. Dancing improves posture and flexibility, and is a fun and different way to exercise. Participants may choose how many classes they attend per week.
