Values

ACBA maintains a culture of mutual respect. ACBA respects a dancer’s personal qualities and contributions, enabling them to develop self-respect for their abilities and skills and their progress as a dancer.

ACBA provides a constructive environment through positive reinforcement and encouragement of individual technique, performance development, potential, and the love of dance.

ACBA is committed to the development of the dancer as an artist and a person, as well as an appreciation of the art of dance.

ACBA is committed to the development and growth of each dancer to help them reach their goals.

ACBA believes that self-discipline is essential to each child's dance performance but also carries over into their daily life, helping them to be more organized, motivated, and successful in other areas. As young dancers learn to develop self-discipline, they will reap the rewards of this invaluable skill for years to come.

At ACBA, we believe that the experience of performing is integral to a dancer's success. We view performance as a vital opportunity for children to build self-confidence, express their true selves, and become comfortable presenting in front of an audience.
