Dear Parents and Students of our ACBA Family, Firstly, I want to say a heartfelt thank you for your support over the past few days since announcing to take an extended spring break so we could better assess the situation. We have a responsibility to do our part in minimizing the impact of COVID-19 ("Coronavirus") throughout our community and the safety of our ACBA families is our number one priority. While this will impact our classes inside the studio, we will continue to deliver the dance experience you know and love at ACBA just in a slightly different way. Now more than ever it's important for your child to have normalcy and routine. The last thing we all want is for our children to play video games, binge-watch television shows and movies all day. We need them to be active, move, use their mind and still interact socially with their peers. This is exactly what we'll be providing you with during the closure of our physical location. Thanks to technology we will be opening our digital doors and will be providing you with an online dance experience for your dancer to keep them moving, learning, interacting, and having fun with their friends during this time. Here are the details you need to know about our online dance experience: We will be doing live classes via Zoom. We are so excited to explore the digital world of dance! First all ACBA families will need to create a Zoom account.

Click on "SIGN UP, IT'S FREE" in the upper right corner
Type in the email you want to use to access your online class
Click sign up
Congratulations, you have created a zoom account! Follow the steps when it prompts you to download the zoom app. Zoom can be accessed via computer, ipad/tablet or smartphone. Taking Class

A few minutes before your class go to your Zoom home screen
Click Join
Copy and paste the link you have been sent into the meeting ID box
Click Join
This should take you into your live class! If you log in early and accidently join another class, please wait quietly so as to not interrupt the current class. We'll also be adding some bonuses for your dancer during this time:
Stretch class will be open to all ACBA dancers. Stretch class is 9:00-9:40am Saturday Morning. Class size is capped at 100 dancers it will be first come first serve.
Adult/Teen ballet will be open to all parents for free while we are doing online classes.
Make up classes will be scheduled. Please keep your eye out for your scheduled time.
Dance Bingo – All dancers who complete a row of their dance bingo card and bring it in or send in a picture of it via email. Will get a prize! Dancers who complete the entire bingo card will get a bigger prize.
